Many years ago I trained to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Thought Field Therapist, so that I could provide cost effective solutions for a wide range of psychological, emotional and physical problems.

I found a way to shorten the time needed for therapy, because I realised that some clients simply couldn't afford the number of sessions that were needed to alleviate their problems.

I realised that the cost in some cases was also deterring other people from Newcastle Upon Tyne and the surrounding areas of Sunderland, Gateshead, South Shields, Darlington and County Durham, from seeking professional help.

I came across the idea of combining Thought Field Therapy with Hypnotherapy, I call this "Combination Therapy".

I used techniques I learnt from studying rapid effective methods by Gerald Kein with also the effective methods from the inventor of Thought Field Therapy DR. Roger Callahan.

The method I pioneered "Combination Therapy", does not combine NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Massage, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitising and Reprocessing), Reiki, Hot Stone Massage, or any other form of alternative therapy.

Please do not confuse techniques offered by any other therapist that has attempted to copy me and what they believe to be "Combination Therapy", because the process I use is unique.

Whilst using (TFT) Thought Field Therapy I noticed that my clients were in a very deep state of Hypnosis (Somnambulism), this is where I came up with the idea to incorporate some of the rapid effective techniques that I had learned from studying Gerald Kein.

I very quickly realised that because Hypnotherapy is effective for about 65% of clients and Thought Field therapy 82%-97%, both working for the majority of clients but not for all. I decided to combine both together in a simple, easy, effective way.

I have used my method "Combination Therapy", for many years and have found the results to be astonishingly effective. I realised very quickly that combining the two different tools of Thought Field Therapy and Hypnotherapy, I could help my clients with a wide range of problems, such as: controlling stress, managing anxiety and depression.

I also noticed that combining Thought Field Therapy with Hypnotherapy was superb at helping my clients to remove cravings for cigarettes and stop addictive urges to take drugs and alcohol.

Combination Therapy is a fantastic way to help people with weight loss, ridding them of the need to consume fatty, unhealthy junk food.
